Tekin URHAN

He was born in 1976 in Antakya. After completing his primary and high school education in Antakya, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

Together with his brothers Metin Urhan and Bülent Urhan, he founded the company named Doğa-Can, which will carry out important works in the country and abroad, in order to install LPG systems in residential and industrial facilities and to sell LPG. In 2009, with the participation of his brother Kemal Urhan, he established the Cryocan industrial facility in Kocaeli to operate in the cryogenic pressure vessels sector and was awarded by many NGOs, chambers and unions.

In 2017, it established the Agrocan Agricultural Products factory and started to manufacture drip irrigation systems based on biosystem engineering. Urhan, who has served as the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Foreign Relations Commission President and two-term Council Member, is a TAIDER Board Member and TOBB General Assembly Principal Member, Agrocan and Cryocan's Chairman of the Board, and Can Group Executive Board.

Faruk ECZACIBAŞI

After completing his graduate work at Berlin Technical University, Faruk Eczacıbaşı joined the Eczacıbaşı Group in 1980. Soon after, he took on the mission of “computerizing” the Eczacıbaşı Group, which later evolved into the Group’s e-transformation process.
In 1996, Faruk Eczacıbaşı was appointed to his current position as Vice Chairman of the Eczacıbaşı Group. Additionally, he is President of the Eczacıbaşı Sports Club.
Faruk Eczacıbaşı is also President of the Turkish Informatics Foundation (TBV) which he co-founded in 1995. In this role, he contributes to the preparation of numerous studies on related issues as well as the shaping of public policy.
Faruk Eczacıbaşı has written a book on the transformational changes taking place in Turkey and around the world as a result of new digital technologies. Published in Turkish in 2018, the book considers the challenges for individuals, institutions and societies, and discusses ways to prepare for the positive and negative aspects of the digital future.

Nedim UYSAL

Nedim Uysal was born in Manisa's Salihli District in 1935 and completed his education in Salihli.

Nedim Uysal, who started his business life with the sales of construction materials in Salihli between 1965-1973; started his investments in manufacturing with the soil industry. Nedim Uysal, who is married and has a child, also has two grandchildren.

By establishing Norm Cıvata A.Ş. in 1973, he has been working for 49 years for the company to rise above its values. He still continues his duty as Honorary Chairperson of Norm Holding Board of Directors.

Nedim Uysal has significant knowledge and experience especially in forging and material class. Nedim Uysal, who is an exemplary leader with a vision not only in business life but also in arts and education, has memberships in many chambers and associations.

Mehmet Fatih UYSAL

Fatih UYSAL, graduated from Business Administration Department of Economic and Administrative Sciences Faculty of Dokuz Eylül University in 1983, started his Professional career in 1982 as Marketing Specialist in Standart Cıvata which is one of the companies of Norm Holding. Becoming Deputy Chairperson of Board of Directors in 1995

Mustafa DOĞRUSOY

As a Management, Strategy, and Investment Consultant, he provides support in Corporate Governance, Corporate Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Structuring, Family Businesses and Institutionalization, the application processes of the Turkish Commercial Code in companies, and Capital Market regulations for publicly traded companies.

In the field of Investment Consulting, he has worked on financial situation analysis and reporting, creating financial discipline, and budgeting techniques, as well as managing the initial public offering (IPO) processes of companies.

In the area of corporate finance and consulting, he has provided services in the realization of IPO processes, securing financial resources from foreign markets, project financing on a sectoral basis from international sources, finding partners, and managing mergers, transfers, and acquisitions of companies.

Through his consultancy for family businesses, he has supported numerous families and their companies in developing family constitutions, shareholder agreements, and institutionalizing family businesses.

As a guest lecturer in postgraduate and doctoral programs at universities, he teaches courses on Corporate Governance, Institutionalization, Risk Management, the formation and structuring of Boards of Directors, and the effective operation of company strategic structures. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board at a foundation university.

He was honored with the Contribution to Corporate Governance Award by a foundation university for his contributions to Turkish business life and the economy. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey.

For many years and still today, he holds positions as a member of the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and as an advisor to the Board of Directors in some of Turkey’s most respected institutions. Since 2012, in compliance with Capital Market regulations, he has served as an Independent Board Member in multiple publicly traded companies.

Nedim UYSAL

Graduated from İzmir American College, Nedim UYSAL completed university education in Economy

Department of Michigan State University. Serving as intern in different units of Norm Cıvata company as of the period of secondary education, Nedim UYSAL started his Professional career in Norm Holding shortly after graduating from the university. He currently works as CEO and Deputy Chairperson of Board of Directors in Norm Holding.

Duygu UYSAL SİMROOĞLU

Graduated from İzmir American College in 2010, Duygu UYSAL SİMROOĞLU completed graduate education in Drama and Arts department of New York University. Having professional interest in various dance types and visual arts, Duygu UYSAL SİMROOĞLU was also trained as yoga instructor. Simrooğlu, started to serve as the Chair Person  of the Sustainability Committee in January 2020.

Yasemin Rezan Kolbaşı, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1980. During her university years, she worked at the family company, Güney İthalat A.Ş., and later on represented Arzum in international fair organizations. After 1999 Kolbası joined Arzum full-time.

Selen KOCABAŞ

Kocabaş started her career at Koç Group, had various managerial roles at Arçelik, Marshall Chemicals, Danonesa a joint venture of Group Danone and Sabancı Corporation.

Kocabas joined Turkcell in 2002 as CXO, where she served for 13 years. Human Resources, Construction and Real Estate, Administrative Affairs, IT, Legislative Affairs, Procurement, Strategic Planning were all her work responsibility which enabled Kocabas before leading Corporate Business .She was responsible for profit&loss while working with a wide range of responsibilies such as marketing, sales, product management and services for 5 years. She worked for Turkcell Group until May of 2015. She held chair in the local and international operations of Turkcell like Inteltek Company known as İddaa , Astelit and Best international operations in the region, Global Bilgi Call Center, Turkcell Payment Systems and Turkcell Technology Companies within this period.

Kocabas was the first female President of Peryon Human Management Association which happens to be the oldest civil liberties organization in Turkey. Kocabas is the first corporate representative of Ethics and Compliance  Association, had TKYD and TÜSİAD membership, is in the board of Women in Board  Association and YenidenBiz Association, Founding Member of Women in Technology Association. She is at the Consultant Board and mentor of Endeavor .

Currently Kocabas is MultinetUP and English Home Board Member , Aydın Group Executive Board Member, Board Advisor at Yorglass and Partner at Mentoro Platform. She provides companies strategic management consulting services and mentorship. She is an angel investor.

Selen Kocabas is a graduate of İstanbul University School of Economics in English and has a master degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour at Marmara University and had Corporate Strategy Programme  at Executive Education  at Harvard Business School. 

Serra KOYUNCU

She was born in Izmit in 1982. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Izmit, she graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of English Philology in 2005. She then studied "Marketing and Business Management" at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). After completing her education, she started to work in the Purchasing and Import Department of the family company Petroyağ Lubricants. Koyuncu, who managed this department for 8 years, became a member of the Executive Board responsible for the Corporate Communications and Human Resources departments in 2015. Most recently, she continues to work as the Corporate Development Director and Board Member at Petroyağ.

Ceylan SEL SOHTORİK

She was born in Istanbul in 1981. After graduating from Notre Dame de Sion French High School, she graduated from Babson College "Entrepreneurship and Marketing" in the USA. The importance of gastronomy, different cuisines and fine dining in her life has always been great.

Following this passion, she completed the Le Cordon Bleu "French Cuisine and Patisserie" department in Paris. After her education, she started to work in the Hotel Management sector in Istanbul. She started hotel management at Swissotel the Bosphorus and continued with family hotels Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel, Renaissance Polat Bosphorus Hotel and Polat Palandoken. He worked in many departments including sales, marketing, food, beverage and cuisine.

Since 2019, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Polat Holding and the Deputy Chairman of Polat Turizm Hotel Management. She is responsible for business development and renovation projects. She is a mother of 2 children. She gives great importance to physical and mental health. She is a Holistic Health Coach and Ayurveda instructor. She received her “Holistic Health Coaching” diploma from Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Ayurveda Instructor diploma from Chopra Health. With MAMACEY, of which she is the founder, he wishes to share with more people a new cuisine respectful to nature and a healthy lifestyle that focuses on holistic health.

Erdal YILDIRIM

Born in Rize, in 1966. Graduated from Kabataş High School for Boys. Received his BS degree from Boğaziçi University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1987 and his MA degree from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2005.

Secretary General of BÜMED (Boğaziçi University Alumni Association) (1991-1997); President of Vehbi Koç Foundation (1997-2020). As of January 2021, Chief Governance Officer (CGO) of Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation.

Served as member of the board and / or trustee of various national and international nonprofit organizations; taught at Bilgi, Boğaziçi and Koç Universities. Currently Chair of TÜSEV (Third Sector Foundation of Turkey) and trustee and /or board member at several other organizations including ERG, KELEV, Ekol Vakfı, TEMA, TEGV and BÜVAK.

Pınar ILGAZ

Pınar Ilgaz began her career at  Banking sector in 1989 at the credit assessment unit after completing Management Trainee Program. She worked in Vakıf Leasing in Finance department as an Asistant Manager. Ms. Ilgaz is the Managing Partner and management consultant at ARGE Consulting since 1995. 

Ilgaz, who has taken part in the management of many non-governmental organizations until today, is currently the Chair of the Corporate Volunteers Association; also she is  Independent Board Member at ŞOK Marketler, Ülker Bisküvi, and PENTA Teknoloji.

She is co-author of the books entitled Sustainable Success Model, Corporate Governance Model, Change Management, and Management of Voluntary Organizations.

Fatma OLTEN

Fatma Olten was born in 1968. She is married and mother of 2 children.

She was graduated from Industrial Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in 1988.

She started her career in 1987 as “ Project Engineer” in Aselsan and continued her business life as “System Development Specialist” in Turk Eximbank ; System Administrator and Technical General Assistant Manager at Ortadogu KVK. In 2000, she founded her own company and continued her management consultancy based on the concepts of System Design and Productivity. Since 2008, she has been serving as Board Member for Financial Affairs, Systems and Production in Elsis Energy and Promeda Electiric, which she founded together with her husband Ceyhan Olten.

In June 2013, with her husband, she established and still continues to conduct Olten Art organization as a social responsibility project that embodies the value they attach to art and the artists.

Hakan ONEL

Hakan Onel, who was born in Malatya in 1966 and graduated from Yıldız Technical University Industrial Engineering, started his career as an Industrial Engineer at Döktaş A.Ş. in Koç Group. Hakan Onel, who played the role of “Organization and Business Evaluation Project Team Member” here, took on the duties of Personnel Officer at Demirdöküm A.Ş., and then Personnel Manager and Local Management at Türk Siemens. Appointed as Koç Holding HR Coordinator in 2004, Onel was appointed as Human Resources Assistant General Manager and Executive Board Member at Abdi İbrahim İlaç A.Ş. and started to carry out the tasks of determining the strategies. Starting with Koç Group, Abdi İbrahim İlaç San. Inc. He carried my 35 years of corporate business experience, full of companies, cultures and leaders in different sectors, ending with Onel Consulting, to professional life. It provides consultancy services in many areas from human resources to corporate management systems, from strategic planning to process management. He manages company acquisition, sales stages and the process of preparing a company for sale, and provides consultancy services especially to family companies on critical issues including the psychology of bosses.

In addition to his consultancy services, Onel supported Alamera Kozmetik as an angel investor, which he founded in partnership with a friend of his daughter, pharmacist Gülşah Onel, and joined Umay İlaç Tic Sanayi AŞ.

He continues to work voluntarily as a Member of the Board of PERYÖN, the Human Management Association of Turkey, which is one of the largest NGOs in Turkey and celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and as the vice president responsible for finance.

Hande GENÇ

Eren KURŞUN

Eren Kurşun heads the M&A and Private Equity practices of Esin Attorney Partnership (a member firm of Baker McKenzie International, a Swiss Verein). He graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law in 2004. Eren holds MBA degree from Bogazici University. He began his career in 2005 at a global law firm, specializing in M&A, private equity and capital markets.

He has worked on some of the landmark M&A transactions in Türkiye including; Peak Games, Garanti Bank, Doğan Media, Trendyol, U.N. Ro-Ro, Acıbadem Hospitals and OYAK Cement transactions. Eren is married and has three kids.

Ozan DİREN

Ozan Diren is the CEO of DİMES, one of Turkey’s leading beverage companies, within the Diren Holding for which he is a Board of Directors Member.

Ozan Diren started working at DİMES during his university years, and he has undertaken active responsibilities at every level at all departments. while pursuing his academic schedule. He received his bachelor’s degree as an Industrial Engineer from the Technical University of Istanbul in 1997, and in 1999 he received his first post graduate degree, in Marketing, from the University of Hartford in the USA. Diren subsequently completed the Finance Masters’ program at the University of Istanbul in 2001.

Ozan Diren’s priorities as an industry investor / executive consist of supporting agricultural producers, R&D and high value-added production, women employment and gender equality, and environmental-social-economic sustainability.

TÜSİAD Board of Directors Member for the 2022-2023 Term, Ozan Diren is also the Chair of TÜSİAD Agriculture, Food and Services Roundtable.

Anonymously elected for the Presidency of Turkey Beverage Industry Council within The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey’s (TOBB) in 2021, Ozan Diren is also Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TURKONFED) Vice President of the Board, and Board of Directors President at Turkish Fruit Juice Industry Association (MEYED).

Rana YİĞİTBAŞI

Rana Yiğitbaşı was born in 16th of November 1994 in Izmir. After completing her high school in American Collegiate Institute in Izmir, she did her BA in International Relations and Management at the University of Exeter in the UK and her MA in Managing in Creative Economy at Kingston University in the UK. She then moved to Istanbul and for over 2 years, worked in projects in NGOs such as United Nations Development Program, Young Guru Academy and Business for Goals. Between 2019-2021, she worked in the fields of Digital Marketing and Strategy at her family company DYO Boya, and during this time she became very interested in employee engagement. Since June this year, as Yaşar Holding Human Resources Project Specialist, she has been working on cultural transformation, employee engagement, and talent management.

Türkmen TÜRKMENOĞLU

Born in 1988, Turkmenoglu graduated from (ACI) American Collegiate Institute in his hometown Izmir, later studied Systems Engineering at Yeditepe University in Istanbul. To broaden his entrepreneurial studies, he later attended “Entrepreneurship, Global Leadership and Management” education at (LSE) London School of Economics which further drive him to invest in various ventures as a founder; where food industry was on leading role followed by energy, technology and information technologies. He is also doing seed and venture capital as well as late stage funding to American companies through several local funds based in USA.

Turkmenoglu, is the 3rd generation representative of his family business that has many years of experience in agriculture. Seeking to add know how and tailored made approach to the conventional family business he came up with infused fruits, functional fruit products and healthy snacks; introducing a new industry by being the founder of this new business line.  Running the company as the chairman of the board. Since 2018, Turkmenoglu is the board member of (EIB) Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporter’s Association, moreover since May 2022 he holds a chair as the President of Fruit and Vegetable Derivatives’ Sectoral Assembly at (TIM) Turkish Exporters Assembly.

Sezin SİVRİ

Sezin Örten Sivri, who started her corporate business life with Strategy Development, worked as a Manager and Consultant in the fields of ERP - IT and Human Resources. She continued her career as an Institutionalization and Executive Advisor in Family-Owned Companies. She is a professional Coach and Mentor.

She is currently coaching, mentoring, giving trainings and consulting at Sentinus Consulting and Coaching company, of which she is the founder. She builds intra-organizational mentoring, reverse mentoring and coaching systems and manages projects. She works on institutionalization in family businesses, creation of family constitutions, preparing the crown princes/new generations for the future, transfer of the business to crown princes or professionals, succession planning, sustainability of family businesses for the collaboration of family members and professional senior executives, and coaches the crown princes. She is the Turkish partner of a South African-based company in sustainability financing solutions, and the Turkish representative of an Eastern European and Eurasian investment fund that makes share-based investments in companies. Besides, she is a business person and entrepreneur.

She also works in the media sector. She writes columns for the Aegean supplement of Milliyet Newspaper. She is a TEDx speaker. She takes an active role in civil society and professional organizations.

Ufuk TARHAN

She worked as a senior manager for many years in a variety of industries, especially in technology, and won awards for Most Successful, Most Innovative, Most Creative, and Most Future Business Woman. Tarhan is the founder and curator of March 1, Future Day, and is the first female president of the Turkish Futurists Association. She is still Turkey's first and most sought-after female futurist speaker and moderator, as well as a designer of futuristic, sustainable business models and projects for institutions and businesses. Tarhan is a popular blogger who is the only Turkish woman to appear on Forbes Magazine's "50 Most Influential Female Futurists" and "World's Top 100 Female Futurists" lists. She contributes pieces to a variety of business and future-oriented journals and online platforms, and she is an active and effective social media influencer. Tarhan, who graduated her master's degree at Bahçeşehir University "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" Program at the age of 57, has also taught Future courses at METU and other universities. The title of her master's thesis is "T-Human," which is also the title of her book. She was a member of the Board of Kagider and was active in several non-governmental groups working on futurism in the country and overseas. She contributed to the Turkish translation of Futurist Dr. Verne Wheelwright's book "It's Your Future" by writing the foreword. He is the author of "The Future You Dream of," a book about future planning for high school students, "T-Human," a winner of the Most Successful Innovative Business Book Award, which describes the successful human model of the future for everyone, and "Don't Leave Tomorrow's Job for Tomorrow," a book about future planning for adults.

Tuğçe GÜLCÜLER

She graduated from METU Chemical Engineering in 2013 and she lives in Izmir. She is the founder of Gülcüler OSGB, Kübik Cafe Market, Sahne Modda and Coza Working Space. She works as an operations director at Gülcüler Sigorta, the family company of which she is a second generation partner. In addition, she takes an active role in many non-governmental organizations.

Turan SERT

Turan Sert has been active in the finance and technology space for over two decades. His previous business experience includes, financial audit (Arthur Andersen), investment banking (Garanti Bank), management consulting (Booz Allen), investment management (Fiba Holding), and operations (Ozyegin University) as well as entrepreneurship in a technology startup. He has been focusing on Web3 space over the last five years, and published two books called 'Sorularla Blockchain - Questions on Blockchain' (in Turkish) in 2019 and 'Sorularla DeFi Merkeziyetsiz Finans - Questions on DeFi Decentralized Finance' in 2022. He currently acts as an advisor to Paribu and BlockchainIST Center. Mr. Sert holds an BA degree in management from Bogazici University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Yasin ORAL

Born in Ankara in 1985, Yasin Oral started engaging in software development during his high school years. As early as 2001, while he was a high school student, he participated in a contest of TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and supported the TÜBİTAK website developments from outside.During his university years, he created a website for the transport sector and in a short period of time, it became the only platform to ensure coordination among transporters.

He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2009 and in 2010 he launched the first online publishing house in Turkey: matbuu.com. Alongside these enterprises, he started to provide service to more than 250 thousand users by creating range of distance calculation and route planning projects.

He founded Biletgo, an online ticket sales platform, in 2015. In the same year, he laid the groundwork for Paribu. Paribu was founded in 2016 and was launched on February 14, 2017.

Civan SÖZKESEN

Civan Sözkesen graduated from Izmir American College and completed his university education at Sabancı University, Department of Production Systems and Industrial Engineering. In 2008, he received training on “Cross Border Innovation” from Harvard University and persuasion and hypnosis techniques from Richard Bandler.

In 2009, he became the vice chairman of the board of Funika Holding and its subsidiaries. Funika Holding operates as a leading and respected organization in Denizli with its fabric dyeing factory and water treatment plant in the textile field, and mobile application and game development studios in the software field.

It also has partnerships in Partner Republic, an expert in big data analysis and interpretation, the electric scooter company Palm, and the only Napolitan certified Nappo Pizza Restaurants chain in Turkey, and investments in ventures (Applovin, Coursera, Flutterwave) through funds in the United States.

Civan Sözkesen has been a Board Member of TAIDER Family Business Association and Vice President of Habitat Association since 2019. He is a Board Member of GEN Turkey, one of the largest entrepreneurship networks in the world.

Fatmanur ERDOĞAN

Fatmanur Erdogan studies the large, long-term macroforces that are reshaping our world and driving the changes in human behavior. Through this know-how, she develops communication strategies that connect the dots around the rapidly changing relationships businesses have with governments, the environment and civil society.

She worked in Norway, Singapore, USA and Turkey and lead global marketing, corporate brand communications and sustainability strategies for large and international companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Allianz and BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances. She developed a «quality of life» based corporate brand communications model, which is being used to guide corporate brand communication and sustainability strategies. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her unorthodox initiatives, both locally and internationally.

Fatmanur holds a bachelors degree in management from Uludag University and a masters degree in counseling psychology from Yorkville University. She earned certificates in marketing management, e-commerce and visual communications design from University of California, Santa Barbara; and applied positive psychology from University of Penn. She continues her doctorate degree in sustainability and communications management at Blanquerna, University Ramon Llul.

Gülçin ATALAY TUNÇ

Gülçin Atalay Tunç graduated from İzmir Private Turkish College and completed her university education at Ege University, Department of Public Relations and Marketing. In 2008, she did an internship in different departments of Mutlu Metal San. and Tic. A.Ş. before being hired as a Customer Relations Manager. Between 2008 and 2018; Ms. Atalay Tunç was promoted as Marketing Sales Director and Deputy General Manager in the same company. In parallel, in 2009, she also became one of the founding partners of Mutlu Marine, which is an in-house venture of Mutlu Metal. Ms. Atalay Tunç has been heading the brand Mutlu Marine ever since. In 2018, she resigned from her executive duties at Mutlu Metal, where she continues to work as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Ms. Atalay Tunç participated in the Global Digital Leaders training programs held in cooperation with the Sorbonne Business School & BMI in 2020,  and in the Innovation Leadership training programs given by İZQ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center in 2021. She has been investing in technology startups since 2020.

Ms. Atalay Tunç, who is among the 5th term mentees of the Women on Board Turkey, is a Board Member of Karşıyaka Sailing Club. She is also an active member of Taider Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Taider International and FBN Relations Committees.

Cem MUMCU

Cem Mumcu, one of Turkey's most well-known and successful psychiatrists, was born in Akçaabat, Trabzon in 1966. He completed his 10-year residency at Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital. He taught Artistic Creativity and Art Psychology at Marmara University Fine Arts Faculty for 3 years. He applies the method of "Analytical Oriented Existential Psychotherapy" in his works. His scientific research on psychiatry has focused on artistic creativity and mood.

Known for his painting, writing and publishing as well as being a psychiatrist, Mumcu founded the Okuyan Us publishing house in 1997. Okuyan Us has been publishing for more than 20 years and is making an impact in its field with its innovative approach.

Cem Mumcu has 17 books that he is the author of, 6 of which he is the editor, and 3 magazines that he has published. His novel named Makber has been translated into 9 languages ​​so far. Doruktakiler is the winner of the 2004 Story Writer Award. Two conceptual productions on television; The “Short Circuit” and “According to Whom” programs had an important place with their quality content. He opened his first personal painting exhibition titled “A Forced Journey” in December 2016 and his second exhibition in December 2017.

Mumcu, who gives trainings to Turkey's largest companies and manages interaction groups, provides consultancy for corporate companies to stand out with their human touch. Cem Mumcu was also one of the speakers of TedxReset, the first organization held by TED in Turkey. He gave speeches at the events of all associations, chambers and structures in the field of psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy and medicine. He has taken the stage in the internal and external communication organizations, senior management trainings, crowded mass events of Turkey's leading institutions and companies, and has gained a unique place by becoming one of the most important names in this field with his prominent speeches.

Elif ÇAKIRLI

Born in Istanbul in 1982, Elif Çakırlı graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.

She worked in the Human Resources, Marketing and Education Departments of the Banking and Pharmaceutical sectors, and after a long management experience, he became the Founding Partner of the Self Care Academy.

Çakırlı also served as a Member and Partner of the Editorial Board of Okuyan Us Publishing House. He has been working as a Partner at Mints Consulting since 2021.

She is the mother of ideas and coordinator of the "Author's Journey" study, which is the only inner journey event in its field in Turkey, which has been organized with Cem Mumcu for the last seven years.
