In 2006, he assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2008 was elevated to President and CEO. He was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2009 and served as Chairman and CEO through April 2017. He retired from his position as Chairman of the Board on April 30, 2019.
Mr. Kent joined The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1978, holding a variety of marketing and operations leadership positions over the course of his career. In 1985, he became General Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey and Central Asia. Beginning in 1989, he served as President of the Company's East Central Europe Division and Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola International, with responsibility for 23 countries.
In 1995, Mr. Kent was named Managing Director of Coca-Cola Amatil-Europe, covering bottling operations in 12 countries. In 1999, he became President and CEO of the Efes Beverage Group, a diversified beverage company with Coca-Cola and beer operations across Southeast Europe, Turkey and Central Asia.
Mr. Kent returned to The Coca-Cola Company in 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's North Asia, Eurasia and Middle East Group, an organization serving a broad and diverse region that included China, Japan and Russia. Less than a year later, he became President of Coca-Cola International, leading all of the Company's operations outside North America.
Mr. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Hull in England and a Master of Science degree in Administrative Sciences from Cass Business School, City University London.
Active in the global business community, Mr. Kent is the past Chairman of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and a member of its Chairman’s Community, a member of the Concordia Leadership Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. ASEAN Business Council. He serves on the boards of 3M, Special Olympics International, Catalyst, Cambridge China Development Trust and Emory University.

Muharrem Yılmaz was born in 1957 in Karacabey, Bursa. After completing his secondary education in Galatasaray High School, he attended the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University and graduated, in 1980, with a degree in Economics.
After working at various organizational levels in Sütaş since 1978, Mr. Yılmaz became the General Manager of Sütaş in 1989. He has been the Chairman, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2005.
Mr. Yılmaz has also actively engaged in the work of NGOs, and served as the President of Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD), Young Businessmen Association of Turkey (TÜGİAD), and the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSİAD).

She started her career as a Founder/Designer in FormaDesign, Milan. After her return to Turkey, in 2005, she worked for KonKur Construction (İnci Holding company) taking various positions. Urkmez participated in the organization of Istanbul Design Biennial, IKSV (Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts), in 2012. She has been a Board Member of Inci Holding since 2013 and is the President of the Ethics Committee. She also serves as the “Energy Source‘’ on the Board of Cevdet Inci Education Foundation.

Between years 1996 and 2013, she was a Board Member of İnci Holding and joint companies, the group which carries out activities heavily in automotive supplying industries.
She worked as a manager in textile sector between 1987 and 2008.
She supports entrepreneurial projects and is certified angel investor.

Sinan Canan was born in Ankara in 1972. Graduated from Hacettepe University Biology Department in 1995. He's done his MSc in Histology and Embryology department and PhD in Medical Phsyiology Department of Medical School of Ondokuz Mayis University, Samsun. He became an Associate Professor in Medical Physiology in 2010. He studied and worked in different instituitons, including Bartholin Institute Neurological Research Lab (Copenhagen, Denmark, 1998), Baskent University (Ankara, 2004-2009) and Yildirim Beyazit University (Ankara, 2010-2016).
Dr. Canan generally preferred to work in multidisciplinary areas, including behavioral neuroscience, electrophysiology, chaos theory, complexity, fractal geometry and fractal behavior, evolutionary neuropsychology, language and learning. He also founded the first public neuroscience education initiative in Turkey, [n]Beyin ([n]Brain) in 2013 and has participated hundreds of public lectures, TV programs and educational activities across Turkey since then. He published several books and papers for the general public, including “Kimsenin Bilemeyeceği Şeyler” (The Things That No One Can Know, book, Tuti Kitap, 2015), Değişen Beynim (My Changing Brain, book, Tuti Kitap, 2015), "Unutulacak Şeyler" (Things to be Forgetten, book, Tuti kitap, 2016) and “Dijital Gelecekte Insan Kalmak” (Staying Human in Digital Future, Tuti Kitap 2018) in Turkish language. My calling was always to serve people, through healing, listening and being a voice to the suppressed and voiceless. I have dedicated my education & career to human equality and animal rights, earning a BA in Human Services and Social Justice from the George Washington University. I have worked with vulnerable children and adults in poverty, those denied an education, medical care and forced to flee their homes due to violence and war, including UNICEF Turkey, Make-A-Wish Foundation Turkey and Metro New York, Children’s Tumor Foundation, For the Love of Children and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue Washington, DC, and Street Kids Organization Nepal. My work lies in advocating human’s rights, especially refugees, immigrants, orphans, and those who experience abuse and violence.
Yet, the more I traveled, volunteered, and dedicated my career to the philanthropic world, the more I was able to observe the missing puzzle piece we all deeply seek; the “human touch.” That's when holistic healing found me - an art that heals the mind, body and soul. I wanted to bring in a "human touch" to world of therapy and healing with a long-term effect. I trained with David Elliott, Lisa Levine, Jillian Pransky, Katie Down, Jessica Caplan, Erika Spring, Zuna Yoga and a number of amazing teachers that contributed to my canvas of healing.
I saw the power of holistic therapy and alternative medicine through my own personal journey of healing. Yoga, Breath Work, Reiki, sound, meditation, compassion and silence allowed for me to heal, transform, listen and reconnect to myself. I learned how to let go of core wounds and patterns that subconsciously ran my life without realization. This is when I knew I wanted to share these tools with the world.

Having started her Nonviolent Communication journey in 2015 with Vivet Alevi, Gizem shares the richness of this life-changing experience mostly with parents and school communities. She offers workshops and one to one empathy sessions under the roof of “Compassion in the Family” community which she initiated. She also offers communication programs within organizations such as Boğazici University Lifelong Learning Center, Another School is Possible Foundation (BBOM) etc. She works actively in the Nonviolent Communication Association Turkey (Şİ-Der) with the
intention to support the spreading of this awareness. She translated the new edition of “Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life” by Marshall B. Rosenberg into Turkish. She is one of the co-trainers of the “Life-Enriching Education” program with Vivet Alevi and Judy Saruhan, a program which is part of the ”Participation and Peace in the Classroom” project, co-led by Şİ-Der and BBOM and funded by Sabanci Foundation.
Gizem walks her certification path in interaction with the global community, with support of Gabriele Grunt as her mentor and Deborah Bellamy as her assessor.

With over 10 years of experience in Nonviolent Communication, Judy is one of six CNVC Certified Trainers in Turkey. While Judy offers workshops in English and Turkish to organisations, NGOs and private groups, she also leads yearlong and deepening programs for individuals interested in developing their skills and those considering becoming certified. She also offers private one-on-one empathy sessions or empathic coaching to individuals who are looking for support, clarity, self-connection and concrete ways to make progress towards what matters to them most.
Judy is a founding member for the Nonviolent Communication Association (Şiddetsiz Iletişim Derneği aka Si-Der) in Turkey. She is currently on the Board and focused on projects related to NVC in Education. She has been a presenter at the 2016 Changemakers in Education Summit organized by Ashoka Turkey and Another School is Possible Foundation (BBOM); as well as, a workshop leader at the 2017 Annual CEESA Educators Conference in Bulgaria. This year she is part of the trainer team for the ”Participation and Peace in the Classroom” joint project between BBOM and Si-Der that is funded by the Sabancı Foundation and she co-leads the “Life Enriching Education” program with Vivet Alevi and Gizem Alav Şapçı.
