At the Summit organized in collaboration with our TAİDER Next Gen and Now Gen Communities, members from different generations came together on August 22-24 at Ilıca Hotel Çeşme. Held by the sea in a nature-filled setting, the gathering offered a refreshing break from the busy pace of business life, providing fresh perspectives and a shared learning experience. On the first day, our members got to know each other better through fun team-building workshops, while the second day was enriched with inspiring conversations about family businesses, interactive training sessions moderated by Dr. Senem Kılıç, and heartfelt exchanges. Participants created lasting memories, built new connections, and enjoyed engaging social activities. We extend our sincere thanks to all the members who joined us.
