On Monday February 5th, we met our members and candidate members in Izmir panel titled “Future Generations’ Participation in Management and Transfer Processes” which held at the EGIAD Association Center.
The opening speeches were made by EGIAD Chairman Alp Avni Yelkenbiçer and TAIDER Chairwoman Fatma OLTEN. The panel was led by Mustafa Doğrusoy, member of the TAIDER Academy Board. The panelists for the session were representatives of their family businesses belonging to the 3rd generation, Ece Özhelvacı, Board Member of Erdal Etiket, Co-Founder Partner of Özhelvacı & Partners, and a member of TAİDER; Kaan Özhelvacı, Board Member of Erdal Etiket, Vice Chairman of the EGİAD Board, and a member of TAİDER; and Mustafa Güres, Board Member of Güres Group and TAİDER Representative for Izmir Province.
