TAİDER Next Gen Committee Historical Beta Inn Breakfast and Tea Workshop

As the TAİDER Family, we have successfully completed another meeting of the Next Gen with great pleasure. The event titled "Historical Beta Inn Breakfast and Tea Workshop" organized by the TAİDER Next Gen Committee for our Next Gen members, took place with a notable attendance at the historical Beta Inn.
The gathering began with breakfast in a historical atmosphere, followed by a "First Coffee Roaster and Historical Beta Inn Tour." The story of the first coffee roaster where Turkish coffee, which gives the historical han its distinctive character, was roasted, was followed with great interest by the participants. Next, our Next Gen member Hatice Uğur conducted the "Tea Presentation and Tasting Workshop" she prepared. Hatice Uğur shared detailed information and experiences about "tea and its philosophy" that she acquired during her two years in Sri Lanka with the participants. Afterwards, various teas prepared with special techniques and ingredients were tasted and received full marks from the guests.
